Vietnam 1968: Turning Point is about the turning point of the war in Vietnam. The book is a memoir and weaves together three stories. The first story is about the personal experiences of Captain David V. Mastran, an eye witness to the war as a member of the general staff at Headquarters 7th Air Force in Saigon.
